Saving Heirloom sseed

Because of a lack of Nitrogen...live and learn and pass it on...
The Copenhagen Cabbage went to seed.
Waste not want not.
It is an heirloom variety.

I trimmed off the seed pods and set it to dry in a PAPER bag.
Labeled it as well.
I had to wash off some aphids...
The chickens got the scrap of it and loved it.
